Winn is a coach who supports executives and entrepreneurs to define success on their terms and thrive personally and professionally. She became a Certified Integral Coach and launched her coaching practice in 2015. Before that, Winn had a 20+ year career in sales, marketing, and business development at places as diverse as a Fortune 500 company, a financial services start-up, and one of the world’s largest CRM/direct marketing agencies. She earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Winn combines her coaching and business experience to support clients in both 1:1 and group settings. She lives with her fiancé in Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast.
