Nida Backaitis brings over 25 years of experience in coaching senior leaders in the academic, private, and public sectors. Having served in senior corporate leadership positions herself, Nida has deep empathy for the challenges faced by leaders today. She holds a Ph.D. in Management of Organizations from the Columbia Business School, and her research interests include the relationship between the stages of adult development in members of leadership teams and the strategies the team pursues, as well as the impact of trauma and shadow on development.

Currently a student of the Diamond Approach, the pursuit of truth about human nature and experience has been a lifelong passion for Nida. She lives in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband and fluffy puppy.
