Andy joined NVW’s London partner Thirdspace in 2020 to take care of the growing alumni community there. He now also serves as a Mentor Coach in the Professional Coaching Course. Andy’s commitment to human development has shaped his extensive career in business, where he has fulfilled operational, HR and organizational development roles in government, defense and the health and social care sector.

Andy holds a masters degree in People and Organizational Development. He balances working part-time as a Global HR Director for a large multi-national organization and his coaching practice. Those who know Andy are struck by his kindness, his depth and his healthy sense of mischief.
