Jean-Philippe is a professional coach and facilitator who has put empathy and wisdom at the center of his life. For the last 2 decades he has been supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in their growth and development. He earned his BA in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Concordia University. He is also certified in Nonviolent Communication by the CNVC. He is known to create authentic and meaningful relationships with his clients and propose designs that foster openness and creativity in his clients. Fluent in both French and English, he currently lives in the Eastern Townships, near Montréal, Canada. He is a family man and gentleman farmer.
