Carole has extensive coaching experience with all levels of leaders in a variety of organizations, including biotech, hi-tech, consulting, education, and financial services. Prior to starting her coaching and consulting practice in 2001, she held management roles for over twenty years in Fortune 100 corporations. Carole holds a MBA and has taught a variety of leadership development courses to audiences in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

She and her husband like to divide their time between their home on the Peninsula and playing “Green Acres” on the weekends with family and friends at their ranch property in the Santa Cruz Mountains. She is a longtime yoga practitioner, loves hiking and the outdoors and traveling to explore remote cultures and places throughout the world.
