I understand that as part of my participation in the coaching program conducted by New Ventures West, I will be given various materials that are copyrighted by New Ventures West and have access to information and a methodology that is proprietary to New Ventures West. I understand and agree that I may keep these materials and use them and the proprietary information and methodology in my consulting or coaching business with individual clients, provided that (a) on copyrighted materials, I agree to reproduce the copyright notice shown on the materials, and (b) for proprietary information, I agree to inform my clients that their source is New Ventures West.
I specifically understand that I am not authorized to teach this methodology, nor to use these materials or this methodology in any training of coaches, leaders, managers, or others, and I agree not to do so.
I also understand that I am not authorized to sell or use the copyrighted materials or proprietary information as products independent of the consulting or coaching services I provide to my clients, and I agree not to do so.
I agree that enforcement of my agreements under this Consent shall be handled by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and that as part of the remedies available, New Ventures West shall be entitled to obtain injunctive relief whether or not it has a sufficient remedy by way of damages.
