This offering is only for graduates and current students of the Professional Coaching Course.
We invite you to join us during on Wednesday, August 21st, 4-6pm Pacific for the second gathering of the LGBTQIA+ Community of Integral Coaches.
In this highly collaborative, improvisational gathering we will experiment with the Open Space format, a method that emphasizes participant-driven content and spontaneous collaboration. At the beginning of the session, everyone will have the opportunity to propose discussion topics. You do not need to know anything about a topic to propose it! Some of the best sessions are initiated by people who want to learn more about a subject. We invite a wide range of topics. Maybe you want to explore Integral Coaching methodology through a queer lens, or are eager to hear what others are doing to build their coaching businesses, or want to share book recommendations with other members. This is a great way to get a study group seeded around a specific topic! Each topic will have its own breakout room and participants are free to move between rooms as conversations ebb and flow.
