  • Understand and learn the three most important elements of over pilgrimage and what they mean.
  • The importance of adapting and finding alternative ways to contribute and connect with the world around us.
  • Our desire for safety and the importance of finding these desires within oneself rather than seeking them externally.
  • The importance of embracing limitations and uncertainties rather than fighting against them leading with openness and adaptability.
  • The significance of daily practices is to shift attention and perception towards positive aspects of life.
  • The journey of pilgrimage as a means of personal transformation and self-discovery revealing a person closer to their true self rather than someone different.
