COVID updates

We now offer blended Professional Coaching Course cohorts, with two of the four sessions taking place in person in our San Francisco classroom or a nearby venue. All-virtual cohorts will still be offered regularly.

Current COVID safety guidelines

Provided that local public health and CDC guidelines deem it safe to gather indoors without masks or distancing, we require the following from students and faculty attending in-person sessions.

  • Inform us of your vaccination status
  • Submit results of a PCR test 72 hours before the start of the course
  • Complete a rapid test on the first day of the session
  • Complete a temperature check each morning before entering the classroom

These requirements are in addition to any and all local public health mandates in effect at the time of the gathering. Additionally, participants attending sessions at a hotel or conference center will need to comply with any additional measures required by the venue.

If you are unable to comply with the above for any reason, you may wish to consider an all-virtual offering.

In addition to the above safety guidelines, our decision to come together in-person for a blended course is based upon whether the in-person experience would be equal or superior to the virtual experience. For example, if public health requirements were such that all participants must be masked and sitting six feet apart from one another, a virtual experience would be chosen. Public safety guidelines will be monitored regularly and a confirmation of the format (virtual or in-person) will be announced 2 months prior to any in-person session.

Please be in touch with any questions you have.

A note from the leadership team

Dear friends,

We have all been through a lot together these last few years, and still we find ourselves in a time of great change with big decisions to make, and questions about what “normal” looks like. While some things may feel more settled, we still might feel the intensity of what is moving through and around us.

Connecting with people offers us solidarity, comfort, and a way of moving forward together. Since the start of the pandemic, we have discovered the opportunities that exist for rich learning and connection in the online space, and we will continue to have virtual programs available even after pandemic risks have subsided. For those who feel more supported in an in-person format, we are offering some in-person sessions of the Professional Coaching Course, provided that public health guidelines deem it safe to gather indoors without masks or distancing. We will also continue to offer all-virtual cohorts.

As always, we continue to offer a variety of free virtual events designed to orient you to Integral Coaching and help you feel more resourced in your life. Foundational workshops are also happening online regularly. Please join us for any and all that call to you.

We are continually making the necessary adjustments to our curriculum with the well-being of all in heart and mind. May we step into this next phase of life with a deep connection to what is true for each of us.

Take good care.

Peace and love,

The NVW Leadership Team
