Shannon Small
Spend time with Shannon and you will see she carries with her a level head, displaying deep knowledge of corporate experiences, but is able to balance this with her warm disposition and ability to quickly build relationships. Shannon believes that great coaches bring to their work both coaching skills and business experience. They also bring who they are as people. Shannon offers her clients the acumen of a seasoned business professional, the dedication of a collegiate All-American student and athlete and NCAA Woman of the Year, and the resilience of a breast cancer survivor. Shannon specializes in leadership development and career exploration and partners both with individual clients as well as leadership teams to help them become more efficient and get the results they desire. She is passionate about the power of people to transform their organizations and make an impact on the world. Her style balances her compassion and humor with a commitment to excellence. She has worked with large global firms in High Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Biotechnology, Professional Services and the Non-Profit sector, as well as start-up companies ranging in size from 30-1000+.
