Hi there, I’m Katja and it’s nice to e-meet you here. I bring 20+ years of international corporate leadership experience and several years as an executive coach. Most of this time I spent in the sporting goods industry working for adidas, based in the company‘s global HQ in Germany and its subsidiaries in China, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. My corporate track record includes leadership positions in functions like Communication, Marketing, HR and Sustainability. I gained expertise in areas like leading large-scale change and transformation projects, successfully managing crisis situations and corporate reputation, creating high performance work environments built on a sense of purpose & belonging as well as embedding sustainability across all parts of the organization. My passion for helping others tap into what's possible in life has led me to shift gears and get accredited as Executive Coach a few years ago. I now work as leadership coach with select executives from various industries globally, and also consult companies on major transformation projects in the areas of people & culture and engagement & communication. I am a lifelong learner, a curious explorer of the world, trying to spend as much time as possible with family & friends. In my free time, I regularly volunteer as a hiking guide in the mountains of the Arabian Peninsula, love getting lost when reading novels as well as when traveling to off-the-beaten-track destinations in Africa & Central Asia.
