Born and raised in San Diego, IÕm an ocean lover and lifelong surfer. I incorporate the physical and spiritual aspects of surfing into my coaching. IÕm also a Òthird culture kid.Ó I grew up in a Filipino immigrant household, in a neighborhood that hugs the Mexican-American border. I was surrounded by collective values from my mixed culture and environment, the drive of newly arrived immigrants, and the self-will and opportunities of being an American. As a certified professional and life coach, I have an approach that integrates mind, body, and heart for my clients. I bring over 10 years of learning and development experience from tech and biotech, coaching leaders from various companies such as Uber and Illumina. I also bring 4 years working with women's groups and education in developing countries, such as Uganda, India, and Australia. IÕve received my certification in Integral Coaching with New Ventures West, an ICF accredited institute. IÕve lived in the Bay Area, Australia, and India, and now call San Diego my home again. I love traveling and wandering the snack aisles at H-Mart and Seafood City. I bring all of this into our environment that weÕll co-create.
