Jen Person is a leadership and executive coach and creator of high-impact leadership development experiences. For over 20 years, Jen's spent her career in Corporate America, leading teams in sales and client management, building trusted relationship, and engineering new ways to solve big challenges. As an executive at The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC and then Optum in Eden Prairie, MN, her experience runs the gamut of the business life cycle amidst acquisitions, recessions, and all manner of corporate change.​ Since 2017, Jen has been executive coaching and facilitating leadership development experiences, first as the Managing Director of Learning and Development at Optum, and now as the Founder of Boundless Horizon, LLC. Jen is an active and practicing Integral Coach, certified by New Ventures West and the International Coaching Federation. She is a practitioner and teacher of adaptive leadership and is certified in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 (emotional intelligence assessments).
