As an Executive Coach and Advisor, I specialize in transformational 1:1 and team coaching, primarily working with high-potential CEOs and executive teams. In addition to coaching, I currently serve as an advisor for portfolio companies at investors Susquehanna Growth Equity and Moderne Ventures, among others. My clientele is exclusively comprised of individuals who I invite to work with me or who are referred to me. My coaching approach is deeply rooted in my 20 years of experience as a leader, entrepreneur, and operator. I have held executive roles such as CEO, COO, President, and General Manager in a diverse range of companies, from startups to large organizations with over 1000 employees. As an entrepreneur, I have successfully built multiple profitable, high-growth businesses. My background also includes experience working in a Fortune 500 company and as a management consultant. My leadership style is authentic, results-oriented, empathetic, and direct, and I help my clients embody a similar style of leadership. My journey as a leader included both successes and mistakes/failures, and I leverage these real-world experiences in my coaching. I hold an MBA from Wharton a B.S. from Northwestern University. Outside of my professional life, I am based in Chicago and am a musician, marathon runner, krav maga practitioner, and former Second City improv comedian. Additionally, I once published and printed a book written by a homeless man.
