First-ever virtual (un)Summit experience – Oct 20-24, 2025
Where Wisdom
Meets Action
The (un)Summit brings together (virtually) coaches, leaders, and growth-minded people for five days with morning and evening session options (2.5 hours each).
You’ll experience real connection and practices that help you actually use wisdom in daily life, not just collect inspiring ideas — all while leaving your days free.
From Insight to Integration: The (un)Summit Experience
Have you ever returned from a conference feeling inspired, only to watch that inspiration fade as daily life takes over?
The (un)Summit breaks this frustrating cycle. Over five immersive days, we’ll navigate multiple dimensions of intelligence—cognitive, emotional, somatic, relational, spiritual, and integrative. But unlike traditional summits, we won’t just fill your head with ideas. We’ll guide you through the vital process of bringing them to life. When integration happens, transformation follows. You shift from merely observing your life to fully participating in it. Life flows through you rather than past you, revealing depths of presence and capability you never knew existed.
Our Theme: Five Intelligences
Beyond Just Thinking: Your Complete Intelligence
Most development focuses only on what you think, but lasting transformation requires engaging your complete intelligence. We’ll guide you through practices that integrate your cognitive insights with emotional wisdom, body awareness, relational skills, and spiritual depth. This whole-person approach ensures the changes you make during the summit actually stick in your daily life.

What Makes The (un)Summit Different?
Engage, Connect and Embody
At the (un)Summit, you are not an observer—you are an active participant and co-author alongside speakers, hosts, and other attendees.
In this vibrant ecosystem of learners, “transformation” deepens from a mere concept to an embodied reality.
At the heart of our approach lies the art and science of Integration, backed by 40 years of experience and thousands of success stories through Integral Coaching™.
When integration happens, transformation follows. You shift from merely observing your life to fully participating in it. You connect deeply with your own aliveness and the world around you. Life flows through you rather than past you, revealing depths of presence and capability you never knew existed.
Our unique approach includes:
- Intimate Conversation Circles – Small gatherings where strangers become companions on a journey of learning and discovery
- Personalized Coaching – Support from Certified Integral Coaches to make real connections between your thoughts and actions* (*add-on offer)
- Collective Inquiry – Engage with dialogues and reflection practices that become available to the collective experience
- Embodiment Practices – Daily practices to anchor insights through meditation, movement, and sensory experiences
- Integration Focus – Turn fleeting insights into lasting change
The profound, embodied journey of becoming is not a quick fix. This is an invitation – to step into a new way of being with a transformed outlook towards growth and development.

Learn From World-Class Transformation Leaders
Dr. Bayo Akomolafe’s work is widely published, cited, and – much to his delight – very often transmuted into song, lyrics, theatrical performances, poetry, paintings, public installations, and even a publicly accessible, quirky bench from reclaimed wood in Detroit, Michigan. He has appeared on innumerable podcasts, radio interviews, and television programs (most notably being the focus of a lengthy interview and secondary segments exploring his thought on Swiss public television, SRF); and, he has been featured in several film documentaries including the award-winning ‘Regenerar: Possible Paths on a Damaged Planet’ (2022), ‘Where We Find Ourselves’ by Darren Bender (2025), ‘Closer to Home: Voices of Hope in a Time of Crisis’ (2024), and ‘Three Black Men’ (2025), in which Bayo travels around the world in the company of two other Black public intellectuals and leaders to enunciate an end-time emancipatory vocation of blackness during perilous times. A feature documentary focused entirely on Dr. Bayo Akomolafe’s work, life, and thought is being developed, called ‘The Times are Urgent, Let Us Slow Down’ – as well as a short, animated movie by Emmy-winning director Carolyn Scott, focusing on Dr. Akomolafe’s notion of postactivism.
