In our new “Meet our Graduates” series, you’ll connect with alumni from our prestigious ICF-accredited Level 2 Professional Coaching Course who were once exactly where you are now – curious, questioning, and ready for something more.

This is the perfect place to be if you’re curious about taking one of our training programs, such as the Foundations of Coaching or the Professional Coaching Course, and if you’re interested in becoming certified as an Integral Coach®.

No matter your role, industry or previous experience, no coaching experience is required to begin.

Dina Glassman is a former big-firm attorney who transitioned from legal practice to professional development and coaching, launching her own practice in 2016 to support attorneys through critical career transitions. Her business is co-led by two fellow former attorneys and New Ventures West graduates. Hailing from an Azerbaijani immigrant family, Dina now lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and golden retriever, pursuing passions for world travel, multiple sclerosis advocacy, and hiking.

Ravi Ram is a professional facilitator, corporate trainer, and Integral Coach, from sunny Tucson, Arizona. He formerly served as VP of Sales & Business Operations at a Silicon Valley education startup and a management consultant at McKinsey. Ravi is a second-generation Indian-American, and speaks 5 languages from his time living in over 10 countries around the world. He’s passionate about learning and building community, in the spirit of helping people live more joyful, peaceful, and meaningful lives.

Shefali Mehta, PhD., is an advisor, coach, teacher and advocate living near Washington, D.C., who founded Open Rivers Consulting, a science and technology management consulting firm. She has worked across private, public, and non-profit sectors, including roles at McKinsey, Syngenta, and the Soil Health Partnership. She served as the Deputy Undersecretary of Research, Education and Economics at the United States Department of Agriculture.
