Our introductory program, Foundations of Coaching, gives you hands-on experience with the Integral Coaching methodology, with plenty of space for conversation.

No matter your previous experience, background, or industry, Foundations of Coaching is for you. As our introductory program, no previous coaching experience is required.
We welcome anyone looking to improve their leadership skills, explore coaching as a career path, or simply those seeking a greater sense of freedom, abundance, and connection.
About the course
Learn the skills to be a more effective leader and coach.
During this training, you will:
- Learn the fundamental frameworks of Integral Coaching
- Be in dialogue with your facilitators and have space for conversation with your peers in small groups
- Experience our approach firsthand and explore whether certification would be supportive for you.
You will leave this course with:
- Clarity on your strengths and growth areas as a coach
- Increased confidence to practice Integral Coaching in your life, work and relationships
- Improved presence, support and effectiveness for yourself and for the people you work with.

Day 1
9am – 4pm Pacific
Approx two 15 min breaks and one 1 hour lunch break.
Days 2 & 3
9am – 1pm Pacific
Approx. two 15 min break.
- All Foundations of Coaching courses are currently offered virtually in Pacific time.
- Please note, it important you attend all hours of the course.
- Classes hosted virtually will offer closed captioning and shared files so you can follow along at your own pace.
- Please Contact Us if you have any questions or require accommodations.
- This course is the prerequisite for the Professional Coaching Course (PCC).
- $695 is the tuition for the course
- $100 of your tuition is a nonrefundable deposit.
- Save $50 as an early-pay discount if you register a month or more in advance.
- This course is eligible for 16.25 ICF CCEUs.
