Our signature yearlong program, Professional Coaching Course (PCC), blends immersive experiences, a collaborative community, and transformative learnings to support your graduation as a skilled, present, and grounded coach.

You are welcome here.
No matter your previous experience, background, or industry, the Professional Coaching Course is for you. No previous coaching experience is required, although you must complete our Introductory course, Foundations of Coaching, prior to your training.
Improve your skills as a leader, deepen your personal and professional development, or embark on a new career path as a coach — the PCC will connect you to a deeper sense of meaning, belonging, and contribution.
About the course

During this program, you will:
- Explore a powerful, proven Integral Coaching methodology grounded in theory, research, and practice
- Integrate development beyond the mind, by bringing in the wisdom of the heart and body.
- Connect deeply with your peers in small groups — our classes are capped at 20 participants, with small yearlong learning groups of 4-5 people
- Receive customized support—for you as an individual, with a development plan tailored to your needs, and for your class, with unique program to support the needs of the group
- Learn from a seasoned teaching faculty known for their wisdom, compassion, experience, and presence
- Experience continuous support and constructive feedback at every stage of your coaching journey.
You will leave this program with:
- Enhanced presence, support, and effectiveness for yourself and for the people you are in relationship with
- Improved awareness and grounding in your unique gifts and areas for continued development
- The practical skills and knowledge to design development plans and support clients as an Integral Coach

The Professional Coaching Course is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Level 2 Coach Training Program.

Choosing the path of Integral Coaching is committing to becoming a student of life. Your training is only the beginning of navigating the world with more awareness and support for yourself and others in your life, work, and relationships.
Your PCC experience and certification cultivates the skills necessary to become a practicing coach, as either a part-time or full-time vocation. You may also choose to pursue ICF accreditation.
Many PCC graduates also choose not to pursue a coaching career, and use their experience to strengthen the varied roles they may already play in their lives, including becoming a more present leader, mentor, partner, parent, friend, and more. By feeling more grounded in yourself, the world has a way of opening invitations to express your unique gifts.

Professional Coaching Course takes place over 12 months, including four sessions
Program structure
Each of the four sessions runs from Thursday through Sunday, with the exception of Session Two, which runs from Wednesday through Sunday.
Session days run from 9 am – 7 pm, with short breaks in the morning and afternoon, and a long afternoon break to eat lunch, do a short assignment, and relax.
Between sessions, you will meet in small groups for ongoing support, read books and articles, complete written assignments, and explore your own individual development program. Expect to spend approx. 5-10 hours per week on course activities.
After Session Two, you’ll begin to work with clients using the Integral Coaching methodology and document your coaching work throughout the year.
Format
This program is offered in a hybrid format.
- Programs listed as Virtual & San Francisco, Sessions One and Three will take place over Zoom, and Sessions Two and Four are in-person at one of our centers.
Note that all students and faculty will be either on Zoom or in the classroom during a given session.
- The course is currently offered in English
- Classes hosted virtually will offer closed captioning and shared files so you can follow along at your own pace.

The all-inclusive tuition for the Professional Coaching Course is $13,900 USD.

- Tuition includes all sessions, books, materials, group meetings, coaching, mentor coaching, and the certification process.
- A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to apply.
- Save $500 as an early-pay discount if you register 60 days or more prior to the start of the program (not to be combined with any other discounts).
- Please be aware that your deposit is only applicable to the cohort you select and is not refundable nor transferable to any other cohort or program.
- Once your deposit is received, your application will be reviewed by the course leader and you will usually receive a response within ten days. If you are not accepted into the program you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Pay in full one month before starting date (check or credit card). - Option B
Pay $3,375 for four consecutive months, beginning the first day of the month the first session takes place (includes $100 finance charge). - Option C
Pay $1,145 for twelve consecutive months, beginning the first day of the month the first session takes place (includes $340 finance charge)
Scholarships
- We offer limited scholarships to those with demonstrable financial need. Please contact our Enrollment Director to learn more about eligibility.
- This course is accredited as a Level 2 program by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
- International pricing varies from US pricing. Please visit the websites of our international partners for tuition costs in Canada, London, and South Africa.
- The Foundations of Coaching is the prerequisite for this course.
