I am a strategy, leadership development, & change management consultant with Ideas2Impact, an innovative firm focused on helping people who want to change the world solve whatever problem is in front of them. Our clients love using us to help with big picture challenges like defining strategy, purpose, mission, vision, values, etc. and more tactical challenges like driving change, building capabilities, strengthening teams, facilitating workshops, and re-designing organizations. Prior to co-founding Ideas2Impact, I helped my clients develop growth strategies, manage complex change, develop their next generation of leaders, re-design their organizations, and improve the functionality of their teams through my work within McKinsey’s Organization Practice, Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice, and FMI’s Leadership and Organizational Development Practice. In addition to consulting, I have worked in a variety of operational roles, from managing several large biotech construction projects for DPR Construction, to sourcing, investing in, and scaling a wide variety of agricultural, mobile banking, and solar lighting technology companies in India, Kenya, Zambia, and Indonesia as a Portfolio Manager for the Grassroots Business Fund. I am married to my dream girl, have been blessed two miracle daughters, and am continually searching for new ways to make the world a better place for my three ladies.
