I am passionate about people developing to become all they can be. Following a rewarding senior executive career over a period of 25 years in Telecoms and FMCG (e.g. member of the Executive Committee of a FTSE 10 company in the UK as Group Human Resources Director), I am currently enjoying a portfolio career. I combine corporate non-executive and advisory board roles with mentoring and (team)coaching in a business environment. I also enjoy working with private clients. I certified as an Integral Development Coach in 2012 and I am a Partner at TheCoachingHouse, based in the UK. I am fascinated with change both at personal and organisational level. Clients particularly like my commitment and enthusiasm in helping them to (re)discover, apply and embed their full potential. I am seen as a 'fellow traveller', learning as much from my clients as they can learn (hopefully) through me. Clients also appreciate my authenticity and my capacity to create a safe place where they can explore and experiment with new and fulfilling ways to approach work and life. I have coached clients in the following industries: telecoms, industrial services, utilities (water, electricity and power), oil and gas, hospitality, entertainment, insurances, banking, FMCG, consultancy, advertising etc I hold a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and a Postgraduate in Business Economics. I am a certified Integral Development Coach and studied Transactional Analysis for many years. I enjoy being an on-going student of Leadership Agility, the Enneagram and Leadership Embodiment. I am also a member of the Neuroleadership Institute. I am a Belgian national and live currently in Surrey, England with my wife Nadine, who is a Child Psychotherapist. I have two fantastic grown-up daughters, Ellen and Lien. My interests include learning, playing golf, strumming the electric guitar, Taiji Qigong, meditation, poetry, travel and fine dining. I have recently discovered the joys of supporting a rugby team (Harlequins).
