Lyn Ciocca McCaleb
I founded What Matters Coaching to work with leaders and teams seeking professional or personal development as well as individuals making career or life transitions. I am passionate about helping my clients fulfill their objectives by:
- distilling what's important to them in leadership and in life
- learning to live and work according to what really matters
- realizing and sustaining their goals
I work with leaders of diverse organizations - from corporations to non-profits - as well as individuals seeing new career opportunities and those transitioning into new fields or life stages.
My business background is in marketing and market research and includes corporate executive management (VP Marketing on Advil), strategic consulting and qualitative market research.
I have an MBA from New York University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
I serve on several non-profit boards, including Board Chair for PassageWorks, which supports K-12 teachers with class room engagement and mindfulness training and Teens4Oceans, empowering teens to become ocean stewards.
After living much of my life in New York City, I now live in Boulder with my husband Rob McCaleb.
