Hi. My name is Guy Rom and I'm the owner of Valley Ways Coaching. I know from personal experience what it means to be a leader in Silicon Valley; the pressure, the speed and the caliber of those around you. I specialize in supporting tech company leaders at all levels in handling tough challenges. I'm deeply engaged in my clients' journey and committed to their success. I have a patient, thoughtful and insightful engagement style. During my career, I headed Facebook's Payments engineering team as well as the Groups engineering team. Also led PayPal's products for eBay, responsible for the engineering, project management, product management and QA teams. I practice Integral Coaching¬ from New Ventures West. And hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, summa cum laude from Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology. When not working, I enjoy time with my family, biking and yoga.
