Fielding coaches, consults and facilitates for individual clients and teams who wish to be more effective as they manage personal, organizational and leadership challenges. Experience Fielding is a certified integral coach and a seasoned facilitator and educator with over twenty years experience developing people, helping them to have a greater and more sustainable impact on the teams and organizations that they lead. Prior to launching her coaching practice, Fielding worked in business and strategy roles for sustainability focused and other purpose driven companies, served as the founding director of a code school, and held instructional and management roles within outdoor education nonprofits, including as a USCG licensed maritime captain, instructor and trainer for Outward Bound. She's lived, worked and traveled to 30+ countries, including once sailing across the Pacific in a 42-foot sailboat. Coaching Approach Fielding takes a whole person, whole life approach to coaching, believing that it isnÕt possible to separate the person from the role: a leader is an individual, shaped by their unique experience, how they spend time in all parts of life, how they take care of themselves on and off the job, and what matters to them inside their role and outside of it. When Fielding works with leaders and teams, she looks at how they are showing up in all parts of their lives, what beliefs are limiting their potential and how to both break down those false beliefs and establish new practices to become more resourced, authentic and effective in all they do. Fielding works with clients in person, online (via zoom) and also by phone. Education Fielding earned her AB in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke in 2001, and her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business in 2010.
