I am a loving and caring coach who creates a safe place where the whole of the client is welcomed. I believe that everyone has unique and wonderful gifts to bring to the world and am passionate about helping clients realise the beauty and potential that lies within them. Getting to know your truth and stepping into it is not always easy and I walk alongside my clients, ensuring they have the encouragement and support around them to help them on their journey Ð both through the coaching and beyond. And I pepper this with a lot of laughter, joy and challenge. Prior to becoming a coach I spent 25 years as a leader within both large and small organisations. During this time I led teams through great times and really tough times, and through the latter I realised that leadership is all about people, period. I became a devoted leader to my people; dedicating myself to helping them realise how amazing they could be and supporting them in growing into their true potential. I live in Surrey with my husband and we have a wonderful grown up son who is studying in Ireland. I am a passionate lover of poetry and reading, find deep joy in tending my garden, and am an avid explorer and traveller, having got the bug after a year backpacking in my 20Õs.
