Biography Sydney is president and principal coach of Breakthrough Leadership, Inc., a firm that specializes in executive coaching for leaders and teams. She draws upon a unique blend of corporate leadership, life experience, and higher education to help her clients increase leadership competence, effectiveness and satisfaction. Sydney has coached executive leaders since 2001 after 25 years of leadership experience in Fortune 100 companies in marketing and sales, customer service, leadership and organizational development, program management, human resources, training, and labor relations. Sydney has extensive experience working with diverse teams as leader, team member, educator, facilitator and coach. Sydney is a certified Integral Coach¨, certified Leadership Embodiment¨ Coach, and holds the International Coach FederationÕs Professional Coach Credential (PCC). Coaching Philosophy Sydney believes the coaching relationship must be based on mutual respect, trust, and freedom of expression, and that client and coach learn from one another. She designs a customized coaching program for each client based on what they wish to accomplish from their coaching.
