Rayner Jae-Liu
As an Integral Coach®, I help leaders develop awakened businesses, organizations, and vocations that address the complex needs of the 21st century. Through a unique synthesis of approaches, I help mission-driven leaders achieve 360° authentic alignment, resolving the perennial conflicts between the individual and the collective and propelling our species and planet toward abundant and equitable futures. Though I work with a variety of clients, my specialty is in the unfoldment of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I use an all-win approach to help senior leaders navigate the complexities of 21st-century DEI, helping them build credibility in 6 months or fewer as an inclusive leader by helping them identify and overcome their hidden conflicts. From there, I help them discover and actualize their purpose and deepen their awakened leadership capacities. My background comes from preparing for the U.S. Foreign Service, where I trained across anthropology, international affairs, linguistics, and neuroscience and worked in 4 countries before working in Fortune 100s and high-growth startups. I have been recognized by 4x #1 NYT Bestselling Marianne Williamson and Melinda French Gates for my work in whole-person development and lectured at Duke University, Harvard Divinity School, and New York University on topics including spiritual growth, vocational development, and global cultural evolution. I have also coached at UC Berkeley People & Culture and am a Duke Alumni Career Coach, supporting the development of adults from multiple generations to become part of the change we need to see in the world.
