Nina Regan
Nina Regan is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations access their full potential by waking up to their own truths and breaking through self-imposed limitations. She tailors her service for each client and draws on a variety of cognitive, emotional, and somatic practices to help her clients shift in ways that bring deep and lasting personal transformation. NinaÕs practice is grounded in a structured methodology with deep intellectual roots. She came to coaching as a way to continue contributing after a long and distinguished career as a senior executive in the federal government. Since retiring government service in 2019, Nina has focused on human flourishing: as an Integral Coach¨, a leader on three non-profit boards, and by helping lead efforts related to depolarization in politics, as well as systemic change and social justice. Nina is an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has completed executive education and organizational leadership programs at the Kellogg School of Management, the Wharton School, and University of MichiganÕs Ross School of Business. She earned her MA from American UniversityÕs School of International Service and BA from Wellesley College. Nina has been married for over 30 years and is the proud and slightly relieved mother of two thriving adult daughters. In her free time, she enjoys community volunteering, contemplative practices, reading, physical fitness, and fine food.
