Nicole Lenzen is a coach, facilitator, and consultant who supports individuals and groups navigate leadership, career development, and working parenthood. Her approach empowers clients to show up authentically in life, work, and relationships. Recognizing that people development drives effective business outcomes, Nicole also partners with leaders to cultivate thriving workplace cultures built on connection and trust. She supports her clients in increasing confidence, improving communication, and strengthening connection to themselves, others, and the world around them. She integrates techniques for nervous system regulation into her practice, informed by her personal experience managing stress-induced chronic illness and burnout. As a solo mom by choice and an advocate for working parents, she supports expecting parents and their managers to smoothly and sustainably navigate parental leave. Nicole holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, is a New Ventures West Certified Integral Coach, and is a Center for Parental Leave Leadership (CPLL) Certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach. She has a B.S. in Computer Science, along with certifications in design thinking, facilitation, and design leadership. With a background in innovation and product development, Nicole has led multidisciplinary teams through complex digital and organizational transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits. Committed to expanding access to leadership development, Nicole volunteers with Braven to coach underrepresented college students transition to meaningful careers. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys adventuring with her young daughter, exploring art and design in new cities, preparing elaborate meals for loved ones, and remote camping and hiking.
