Hello there, I'm Nat Fassler (they/them). I am a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I work with values-driven individuals who want to bring their careers and lives into sync. I support clients through navigating significant career transitions, working through burnout, and developing the skills and capacity to lead compassionately. My clients include entrepreneurs, social justice leaders, healers, artists, LGBTQIA+ folks, and anyone looking to find more purpose and meaning in their work. Prior to coaching full time, my work experience included entrepreneurship, tech product leadership, and nonprofit campaigning. I have an MBA & MS in Sustainability & Business from the University of Michigan, and a BS from Rutgers University. I live in Oakland, CA with my two kids.
