Beginning as one of the few women engineers on the Space Station Project, I transitioned to Intel Corporation, where I spent over two decades in leadership roles across semiconductor manufacturing. I guided global teams through complex business transformations while developing a reputation for navigating organizational challenges and nurturing professional growth in others. Throughout my corporate career, I discovered my true passion in the human element of leadership—developing relationships, shaping culture, and helping others grow. Seeking my "third chapter," I pursued my own coaching experience and had an epiphany: coaching could perfectly merge my leadership expertise with my passion for helping women succeed. This led me to New Ventures West, where I earned my certification as an Integral Coach. As a coach, I partner to navigate life's challenges—whether considering a career transition, seeking clearer direction, facing difficult workplace dynamics, or striving for greater effectiveness and balance. My coaching integrates 30+ years of building resilient teams with a unique blend of analytical problem-solving and deep empathy, helping clients think clearly, reflect deeply, and discover new possibilities.
