Linda Lucas is an executive coach and consultant working with leaders who have a desire to create positive change in the world. She brings a unique perspective from her Nike career where she held senior roles in Product Management, Design Operations and HR. Her passion for leadership development helped strengthen the companyÕs global design leadership team with a program focused on mental toughness and resilience. As the Head of People and Culture for Valiant Labs, NikeÕs internal digital incubator, she helped create NikeÕs first Radical Belonging playbook. Linda is most proud of her current role as a People and Culture advisor to the CEO of The Earthshot Prize Ð an annual event designed to catalyze the scaling of environmental solutions to repair and regenerate the planet. Linda is a graduate of New Ventures West Integral Coaching and a certified Hogan facilitator. She received her B.S. from the University of Illinois, Geis College of Business, and a private pilotÕs license from their Institute of Aviation.
