As a certified Integral coach, I bring a unique range and balance of skills shaped by a lifetime of education and experiences. I am a San Franciscan native of immigrant Filipino parents and graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in mathematics and philosophy. For more than 25 years, I have lived the modern, urban lifestyle, raising a family while also building a career in the dynamic and demanding software industry, having worked in engineering and management roles for companies in various industries, from small startups to large global organizations. Now living in Springdale, Utah, I wake up every morning immersed in the beauty and majesty of Zion Canyon. Among its many gifts, living here has given me the opportunity to connect with nature and community in very profound ways. In my work, I love helping clients engage and connect with nature, a dimension of human life that is becoming increasingly neglected. I also enjoy sharing my love of running and inspiring and empowering others as a coach for Girls on the Run of Southern Utah, where I also serve as board treasurer. To my clients, I bring a deep level of care and compassion, a grounded and calm demeanor, and the intentions of being of service and fully present.
