Karen McLeod
From a place of fierce love, warmth, and presence, Karen will support you to get unstuck and live into a new sense of possibility in your life. Building on 18 years of experience developing leaders within academia, non-profits, and government, Karen is a certified Integral Coach devoted to helping others more fully realize their potential. Whether youÕre seeking an executive, leadership, or personal development coach, she will support you to show up for yourself, others, and the world from a place of greater wholeness and aliveness. She believes that to create lasting, meaningful change in the world, we need to start with ourselves, and sheÕs deeply committed to her own ongoing development. Strengthened by her scientific training in ecology (PhD, Oregon State University), her gifts to see the whole and see connections, even among what might seem like unrelated threads, are foundational to her coaching. Karen also serves in a leadership role within a non-profit that champions, connects, and supports scientists to lead social and environmental change through a combination of personal development, strategic communication, and engagement. She lives in Corvallis, Oregon, with her husband and two daughters, where she is inspired and nourished by the surrounding mountains and coast. She enjoys backpacking, hiking, meditation, poetry, trail running, and yoga.
