I have advised leaders and teams in many different professional settings, including management consulting, human capital and talent, and leadership development. For over 10 years I have focused primarily on coaching of individual leaders and their teams. The approach of Integral Coaching is fully resonant with my personal philosophy - that effective leadership in organization arises from the the unfolding of the leader’s own capacity to be present, engage with their environment with awareness, and respond with empathy and clarity.
