Delanie Jooste is a Certified Integral¨ Coach and training and development facilitator and consultant. She is both creative and analytical. She started a consulting company in 2016 which integrates her experience in marketing and human resource management to build impactful value-based organisational brands along with communication and development strategies to convey that message internally and externally and develop the human resources that align with the organisationÕs brand. Delanie has been coaching since 2019 and enjoys working with teams and individuals in a corporate or entrepreneurial environment who share an interest in self-development and taking the necessary action towards personal and professional development. Her passion for coaching is deeply rooted in her personal journey, engaging with the challenges that arise when managing oneself and others in an ever-changing environment.
