Claudine was drawn to Integral Coaching as part of her personal journey of development building on her leadership skills following a 30+ years career as a Public Servant with the Government of Canada. ClaudineÕs passion for making a difference for citizens and public servants led her energies to be spent on multiple public policy issues: tax policy, federal-provincial fiscal and tax relations, aboriginal strategic policy as well as fisheries, and maritime policy. She also had the opportunity to support organizations in transforming their strategic business functions including change management aspects. She led teams of between 5 to 50 people in addition to providing functional direction across Canada. Over the last few years, as Executive Director of Corporate Services for a small consulting firm, she worked with colleagues across the globe. Claudine has reached the stage in life where she thrives to accompany others in heart-to-heart deep conversations about mind, body, and conscience. Her move towards integral coaching was the natural response to her thirst for continuous learning, wellness, individual and collective growth, in addition to resonating with other human beings. Claudine strongly believes in strategic choices based on objectivity, authenticity, vulnerability, and self-observation as the tools to embrace oneÕs own power. Claudine is based in Ottawa but interested in coaching across the globe in either French or English and open to collaborations in Spanish.
