As a life coach and and mentor for executives in transition, Bear draws on energetic, spiritual and somatic practices to help shift her clients in ways that bring deep personal growth. To support inner work, Bear blends Integral coaching with the Enneagram system of psycho spiritual development; the somatic practices of Hakomi and Focusing; and the use of energy medicine, into a custom program uniquely designed for each individual. As a New Ventures West-certified Integral Coach, an International Coaching Federation-certified professional coach (PCC), and Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy-certified professional Enneagram coach, Bear has provided individualized programs to clients around the globe. From students to retirees, from business owners to corporate and government executives, she has inspired what client's say are life-changing coaching conversations. Bear comes to coaching with an MBA from The University of Southern California Marshall School of Business as well as two decades experience as a senior marketing executive in multinational agency, corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Today she is an ongoing student of the Enneagram, Gene Keys, Astrology and Energy Medicine. She is also an avid reader of philosophy, psychology and intuitive paths to personal development. When not coaching or training, Bear will likely be found weight training or on the dance floor. She has a passion for learning K-pop choreographies and dancing the Lindy Hop to live music with her husband and dance partner. As a mom of a Gen Z child, she feels privileged to learn about the world through the eyes of an empowered champion of humanity.
