Ayesha's background is in Electrical Engineering. While currently working as an Operations Lead at Genentech, which is no doubt a great learning experience when it came to leading a team, but when it came to the question "Who am I?", made her realize that there was more than what she is currently doing and most of all, more to what life has in store for her. Ayesha is a certified Integral Coach¨. Her great joy is working with teens, women and children. She is currently working with suicidal teens, rape victims and refugees. It brings her immense joy seeing them more fulfilled and effective after living through such a traumatic experience.
