Karin is a leadership development and career coach, a trainer and facilitator and the founder and managing director of London based Liebfrog Coaching. She brings over 20 years of professional experience to her work, including 16 years in an international career in a top 10 FTSE company, specialising in corporate communications, reputation management and sustainability. She has worked across many different industries, such as consultancy, tech, financial services/banking, law firms, retail, oil and gas, the entertainment industry, automotive and the charity sector to name just a few. Karin has a great passion for exploring and understanding life from different perspectives. She has travelled to all seven continents, worked across many different cultures and lived in Germany, the UK and the US. She is infinitely curious about people, their views, their backgrounds and their ambitions, what drives and but also constrains them. Karin believes there are few things more rewarding than helping people grow, develop and live up to their potential. Her expertise comes from her professional and personal experience combined with approachability, personal integrity and kindness. Karin was born and raised in Germany. She holds a masterÕs degree in business from Gšttingen University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is also a board director of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS). She is a Certified Integral Development Coach, an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, a LINC Personality Profiler Master Trainer & Coach and a certified Social Styles & Versatility instructor. Based in London, she works with clients around the globe, both in-person and virtually. She works in English and German.
