Leadership Teleclass
Unfolding Leadership in Ourselves and Others is a 5-session teleclass that is designed to help people who want to develop themselves to lead effectively in their organizations, communities, and families. In this teleclass, you will explore the calls for leadership in your own life, discover the source of your self-leadership, and learn the fundamental practices needed to develop and deepen your capacity for effective leadership.

Each call within the teleclass is on a specific topic. Participants will receive pre-course work to help them prepare for each call, consisting of reading, exercises, or self-observations. The calls will focus on discussing the major distinctions in the context of your leadership in life. There will be homework following each call to put what you are learning into practice.

The topics for the five calls are as follows:

  • Grounding Your Leadership in What's Most Important to You
  • Authenticity and Resilience
  • Gathering Support From and Leading Others
  • Bringing Forth Your Creativity
