Developing people is core to organizational success. Research has shown that coaching is effective in bringing about significant sustained improvement in performance, creativity and dedication. Many organizations address this need by having outside coaches, and often this is exactly the appropriate move. At other times, it makes sense for organizations to have their own cadre of well-trained coaches, as well as executives and managers skilled in coaching.

Integral Leadership offers three programs that build such internal coaching capacity:

Each of these programs derives its power from weaving together three distinct strands of coach development:

  • Learning the methodology of Integral Coaching through talks, reading, discussion, and exercises
  • Engaging in an action learning apprenticeship program with a deeply experienced coach
  • Being fully coached in developing oneself so that one has a personal experience of the methodology and develops skills and qualities necessary for coaching

We also offer Organizational Consultations, which can include an assessment of how to invest wisely in different levels of coaching capacity.
