EXECUTIVE AS INTEGRAL COACH

This 9-month program is for executives at or above the VP level, especially people with new and expanded responsibilities.

Participants learn to build coaching presence into every aspect of their work as senior leaders.

  • In their relationships with other executives, they develop the capacity to listen deeply for their concerns, ask strategic questions, offer powerful "reframes" about strategic issues, and create important alliances.
  • With the members of their team, they learn to build commitment to a common direction and generate energy for delivering what they promise.

This program integrates the three strands of coach development in a time-efficient and cost-effective way. Like our other programs, it includes:

  • Seven full days of classroom learning, spread out over six months and three sessions
  • Books, materials and forms that fully support participants in immediately applying what they learn
  • An individual custom-designed development program for each participant that includes practices, exercises, conversations and reading. This program leaves each with the skills and qualities necessary to practice Integral Coaching and to serve as a better leader, manager, team member and contributor to the enterprise
  • Six months of individual coaching with program faculty. In these meetings, participants receive feedback, input, encouragement and learning about each person they coach and about their own development
  • Bi-monthly conference calls by video or audio to address common issues and reinforce learning
  • Establishment of a learning community that will continue after the program is over.
