COACHING ROUNDTABLES
A DAY OF INTEGRAL COACHING
Coaching Roundtables give you your own experience of Integral Coaching. From this experience, you will: - Be able to tell if Integral Coaching is a good fit for you
- Learn new methods for working with yourself and clients
- Meet the community of students and graduates of New Ventures West
Flow of the Day The day begins with an overview of Integral Coaching. You are welcome to ask questions and contribute to the discussion. You will have an opportunity to introduce yourself to others at your table and talk about your interest in coaching. At the end of the morning, you will observe a coaching demonstration. (Perhaps you'll want to volunteer to be coached!) Around noon there is a lunch break. After lunch, the leader speaks on the topic of the day, and the group participates in exercises and discussion.
You will find yourself in a group of people interested in coaching for various reasons. Some will be managers from local companies and government agencies; others will be consultants, coaches, or people considering coach training. The group will be a mixture of New Ventures West graduates and people who are finding out about us for the first time.
