What Past Participants Say

"I have felt somewhat restricted in my coaching and now feel more freedom to practice with this valuable framework."
Geralyn Burke Gray, Partner, Executive Destinations. Outplacement and career coach for corporate executives

"Much material was covered in a short period of time with people of differing levels of expertise and structures of coaching. It worked surprisingly well. Most useful was the structure to use in coaching conversations."
Charlotte Maure, Consultant for governmental and large private sector organizations

"Very professional, grounded in lots of tested wisdom as well as research and philosophy. Clearly much thought has gone into this model. The coaching I got from the course leader and my classmate was wonderful."
Erika Bardot, Constellation Coaching, graduate of The Coaches Training Institute
