Learning to coach is an ongoing process. It is the practice of a lifetime. Our advanced curriculum provides ongoing support to graduates of our programs.

Programs for people who have taken Coaching to Excellence or Integral Coaching Principles

Book Study Group. Read books related to coaching and discuss in monthly calls with authors and James Flaherty.

Programs for graduates of the Professional Coaching Course

  • Coaching to Excellence (CTE) Leaders Training. A two-day program for PCC graduates interested in leading the CTE in public or organizational settings. (See Licensing.)
  • Master Classes and Reunion Weekends. We offer new materials and practices that PCC graduates use to hone their coaching and further their own development.
  • Advanced Integral Coaching. A week-long program intended to deepen the foundation upon which PCC graduates coach others. Typically includes highly experienced guest teachers.
  • Case Consultation Groups. Opportunities for PCC graduates to receive feedback about their coaching work.
  • Graduate Sessions at Coaching Roundtables. A special morning session at the San Francisco Roundtable for PCC graduates to learn together and hone their skills.
  • Communities of Practice. Self-organized groups of PCC graduates in different regions who meet to learn together, discuss books, and strategize about business development.
  • Graduate Pages. A password-protected site that includes regular postings of new PCC materials, articles, graduate profiles, and announcements.
