Kathy Dailey is a Certified Integral Coach and Creative Business Consultant working in Los Angeles with individuals and organizations committed to maximizing and sustaining their personal and professional growth.
Kathy formed Dailey & Company in 2007 with the mission to create specific coaching and consulting programs designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, small to medium sized companies and educational institutions. As a New Ventures West certified Integral Coach and Regional Representative for Southern California, Kathy provides clients with the insight and tools needed to achieve lasting change. In addition, Kathy offers media coaching to help clients develop and strengthen their leadership and communication skills.
Prior to forming Dailey & Company, Kathy began her career working in management positions at The Nederlander Organization, KCBS-TV and KABC-TV in Los Angeles. Also, she has held executive positions in various advertising and media companies whose clients have included numerous cable and broadcast networks, film and television studios and non-profit organizations.
Kathy’s specialty is helping clients to face the uncertainty of ‘change.’ Our lives are continually in transition, requiring us to constantly reassess how to deal with the unexpected. Incorporating tested Integral Coaching techniques, Kathy helps clients ‘get comfortable with being uncomfortable’ as they learn to embrace change and deal effectively with the pressures of their everyday lives.
Kathy lives in Studio City, California with her husband and enjoys exploring exotic locations as diverse as South Africa, China, Cuba, and Peru. In addition, Kathy serves as Board President of the Victory Theatre Center in Burbank, where on any given night you might catch her acting, directing or in the audience supporting her lifelong passion for the arts.
