Steve March
Steve March is the Vice President of Leadership Programs for Integral Leadership, the organizational arm of New Ventures West, where he has been on the faculty since 2003. He is deeply and personally committed to the success, fulfillment and well-being of his coaching clients. He specializes in coaching leaders that are stepping into new and/or expanded roles and leaders who are burned out or on the way to becoming burned out. He brings a deep and rich background of sixteen years working in the field of software development as a software engineer, quality manager, senior process consultant, and manager of organizational development. Steve is known for his centered presence, thoroughness, innovative insight, and patient yet persistent style of engagement.

Steve is a leader in the emerging field of integral leadership and organizational development. As an independent researcher from 1999-2003 he developed practices for helping leaders and organizations develop through nine major stages of development. His model offers a powerful assessment tool that reveals the underlying leadership mindset generating the current challenges and offers clear alternatives for developing new leadership mindsets that address those challenges.
Previously, Steve has held positions at Wind River, Motorola Computer Group, Motorola Cellular Subscriber Group, The Army Corps of Engineers, and The University of Illinois.
Steve is a Certified Somatic Coach from Strozzi Institute, a certified Integral Coach® from New Ventures West, and a certified Book Yourself Solid coach. His undergraduate studies were in Computer Science and Geology at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Steve enjoys rock climbing, tennis, qigong, yoga, and volunteering his time to mentor coaches-in-training and cook for the homeless.
