Pamela Pritchard
Pamela Pritchard, is a partner in Convivium Corporation and a faculty member of New Ventures West. Fluently bilingual, she works in French and English and advanced intermediate level Spanish. She worked as a manager and an executive in the private sector in Montréal before completing a Masters in Adult Education at McGill University. From there she began working as facilitator and master trainer for Learning International (now Achieve Global) and worked with individuals from many Fortune 500 companies before launching Convivium in 1995.

Pamela has over 20 years in leadership and organization development and more than a decade as a professional coach. She has a thriving international coaching practice and specializes in supporting the high performance of senior executive teams as well as the design of learning programs for executives and fast-tracked, high-potential employees. She has worked in industries such as health sciences, consumer products, high technology, and transportation and she has developed ground breaking leadership and executive development programs in public sector organizations. She establishes enduring partnerships that enable her to tap into the cultural DNA and work deeply with her clients to build the mutual trust and respect so essential for sustainable and productive outcomes. While she brings a lot of experience and success to the table, central to whom she is her ability to speak truthfully and clearly to individuals and organizations in ways that can be heard and accepted. She works skillfully and deeply to elicit appropriate action that strengthens and develops capacity in their organizations. She strives always to do serious work that is wrapped in the collaborative enjoyment and creativity of tackling issues with zest and energy and curiosity.

Pamela lives with her life partner and his two delightful sons, has two cats, loves to stay fit, does a lot of yoga and snowshoeing, gardening and walking. She currently resides in the heart of Ottawa, Canada but have a special connection to Montréal and her farmhouse in the Quebec Laurentian Mountains. She travels a great deal both for work and pleasure and is blessed with a far-flung, worldwide network of friends, family and colleagues.

Most recently she has been deeply involved with her colleague Charles Brassard in launching New Ventures’ flagship courses – Integral Coaching Principles and the Professional Coaching Course – in French, in Canada.  It has been so gratifying to see this work unfold, thrive and be enthusiastically received in a new cultural and linguistic context.
